To commemorate Brian Wong’s 2009 Porsche season, Speed Wong Racing has collaborated with artist Audrey Jung to create a one time, special edition artwork.
The season ending race of the Patron GT3 Challenge by Yokohama series is held at World Renowned Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey, California on October 9-11, 2009. Artist Audrey Jung has designed a commemorative poster and t-shirt for this special event.
Please visit us at our final race for 2009, at Laguna Seca. Our NASCAR program is over, the Porsche season is ending, and Brian is flying in from school in Boston for this weekend race. The Speed Wong Racing team has been invited to attend the weekend event.
A little about the artist.
Audrey Jung, 20, grew up in Chatsworth and attended Los Angeles Baptist High School. She later graduated from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in June 2009 with a degree in Visual Communications, which surveys a broad range of fields in the industry from set design to store displays. Audrey has done various freelance work, from illustration for a book called "Peanut, Butter and Jelly: A Match Made in Heaven," to merchandising for a store in Culver City. She has been on her church’s visual media department since high school doing sets for children’s plays as well as other graphic projects. In 2007, she received 2nd place in California for a patriotic art contest for Ladies Auxiliary for Veterans of Foreign Wars. When she isn’t doing something related to art, she enjoys long boarding in parking structures, snowboarding, playing tennis, hanging out while eating frozen yogurt, and studying with friends.
